Second Step

 

Skyview Elementary teaches social-emotional skills using curriculum provided by Second Step. Students K-5 receive weekly lessons to build skills such as Skills for Learning, Emotions and Emotion Regulation, and Problem Solving. Skyview also uses the Bully Prevention curriculum from Second Step. Grade levels may be taught the Bully Prevention unit at different times of the year based on the developmental and unique needs of the students.
