Mrs. Fohrd has been fortunate to serve in numerous educational capacities. Jill has had the opportunity to teach both primary and intermediate grades both as an actual classroom and substitute teacher. Furthermore, she served as a technology teacher and has had the opportunity to pilot a new science program for the district.
After receiving her college degrees and her principal license, Jill continues to further her education. She feels that one should never stop learning. Therefore, Mrs. Fohrd strives to acquire innovative instructional skills that will benefit her students.
Mrs. Fohrd’s educational philosophy is that learning includes making mistakes, having the wrong answer and asking questions. Meanwhile, Jill shares with her students the fun of learning how to uncover the mistakes, investigating the answers, and discovering success within oneself.
